Physiotherapy sessions combine hands-on techniques like massage, soft tissue release, joint mobilisations, trigger point therapy, and kinesiotaping to reduce pain and restore healthy tissue function. Manual therapy is followed up with tailored exercises to retrain movement patterns, build strength and stability, and improve overall function.
