Initial assessments are for new clients and are 50 minutes in duration.

Physiotherapy follow up.
Follow-up appointments may either be 50 or 30 minutes in duration dependent on your needs.

Physio-led Fitness Training
1:1 appointments are 60 minutes in duration.

Group Fitness Training
Small groups (up to 3) people are welcome & this can be a fun way to train with friends or family members.
Please contact us to discuss group requirements and the cost in advance.
