Initial assessments are for new clients and are 50 minutes in duration.​

Follow-up appointments may either be 50 or 30 minutes in duration dependent on your needs.

Group Fitness Training       

Small groups (up to 3) people are welcome & this can be a fun way to train with friends or family members.
